No Bake Chocolate Nut Butter Minis
Ingredients:
- 2 cups Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter, crunchy
- ½ cup of Agave nectar
- 2 scoops of Chocolate Protein
- Water or Almond Milk, as needed
Directions:
- Mix Peanut/Almond Butter, Agave nectar, protein, water/almond milk in a large bowl
- Roll mixture into balls (aprox. 1 tablespoon per ball) and place in a dish, then refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
No Bake Strawberry Vanilla MinisIngredients:
- 2 cups Natural Peanut Butter or Almond Butter, crunchy
- ½ cup of Agave nectar
- 2 scoops of Vanilla Protein
- Water or Almond Milk, as needed
- 6 Strawberries
Directions:
- Mix Peanut/Almond Butter, Agave nectar, protein, water/almond milk in a large bowl
- Cut Stawberries thin & small, then add to the mixture
- Roll mixture into balls (aprox. 1 tablespoon per ball) and place in a dish, then refrigerate for 30-45 minutes.
* You can also dip these into all-natural, sugar free dark chocolate!
- Melt Chocolate in a pan
- With a toothpick, dip the balls into the mixture
- Place the balls on a pan with wax paper and put back in the refrigerator for 30-45 minutes
